1. Who we are
Hyperwise LLC operates this website and decides how personal information is used for its website, business enquiries and consultation scheduling. This policy covers those activities, not information processed for clients under separate service agreements.
For questions or privacy requests, email contact@hyperwise.io with “Privacy” in the subject, or write to our correspondence address, marked “Privacy”.
Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Correspondence address: 261 Morning Sun Ave, Suite B, Mill Valley, CA 94941, United States.
2. Information we handle
Email enquiries. When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any name, organisation or other information you include. We use it to respond and discuss the work you raise. Providing information is voluntary, but we need enough detail and a reply address to respond. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information or confidential client material in an initial enquiry.
Consultation scheduling. Our consultation link opens a separate Hyperwise page hosted by Microsoft Bookings. Contact details, appointment selections and other information you choose to provide there are handled through Microsoft Bookings and made available to Hyperwise to arrange and manage your consultation. Review the information requested and the privacy information displayed there before submitting it. The scheduling service is not embedded in this website.
Website delivery. The website is hosted through OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites service, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Serving and protecting the website involves processing technical connection and request information. Cloudflare describes this as including IP addresses, traffic-routing information and system-configuration information. The hosting platform also processes operational information needed to provide, maintain and secure the website. This is distinct from information you choose to send by email or through Microsoft Bookings.
The website itself does not accept enquiry submissions. The “Email Hyperwise” link opens your email application; it does not send a message until you choose to send it.
3. Theme preference and tracking
When you choose Light or Dark, the website saves that choice in your browser's local storage as “hyperwise-theme”. The website code reads it to restore your preferred appearance; it does not send that value to Hyperwise. It has no automatic expiry.
Use “Forget saved theme” on this page to remove the choice. Your current appearance remains until the next page load, when the default dark theme returns. Selecting a theme again saves a new preference. You can also clear this site's storage in your browser. The control only removes the theme preference, not other providers' cookies or sign-in information.
We have not added advertising pixels, a marketing analytics integration or a chatbot to the website. This does not mean that hosting, security or operational information is never processed. The website code does not alter its behaviour in response to browser Do Not Track signals. The external booking service has its own storage and privacy information, which you can review when you open it.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to provide and protect the website, answer enquiries, arrange consultations and manage resulting business correspondence. We also handle information where needed to comply with applicable legal duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. An enquiry or booking does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for ordinary business enquiries and website security is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective business contacts and maintaining a functioning, secure website, subject to your rights and interests. Where you personally request steps before entering a contract with us, we may rely on those pre-contractual steps. We rely on applicable legal obligations where they require processing, and on consent where it is required and obtained. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Service providers and disclosures
OpenAI provides website hosting and related operations, with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hostinger provides our business email; the contact@hyperwise.io and security@hyperwise.io aliases route to indu@hyperwise.io, which also forwards to Microsoft 365. Microsoft Bookings supports consultation scheduling. Relevant information is handled by these providers to supply those services. OpenAI's Sites Terms provide for its handling of hosted data under the applicable data-processing agreement.
We may also disclose information when required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights. We do not use the website to sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Provider information is available from OpenAI's Sites Terms at https://openai.com/policies/chatgpt-sites-terms/ , Cloudflare's privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ , Hostinger's privacy policy at https://www.hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy and Microsoft's privacy statement at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/privacy/privacystatement . These sources describe the providers' practices; they do not replace our responsibilities to you.
6. Retention and international processing
We retain enquiry and scheduling information only while needed to handle the enquiry or consultation, maintain a resulting business relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations or deal with legal claims. We assess whether it is still needed when an enquiry or consultation ends and when the purpose for keeping it changes. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable legal requirements. This is a purpose-based retention policy, not a promise of automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.
Hosting and security records are handled within the platform's service arrangements. Their retention is distinct from the email and booking records we manage. Contact us if you want information about a particular record or wish to request deletion.
Hyperwise is a US company. Our service providers operate internationally, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries in which they operate. It does not necessarily remain in your country.
For regulated transfers involving our hosting service, OpenAI’s published data-processing terms provide for EU standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision for EEA/Swiss data, and standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum for UK data. Hostinger’s data-processing terms include EU standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum for covered transfers. Microsoft’s commercial online-services data-protection terms include contractual safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses for its covered services. These are provider contractual safeguards, not a certification of Hyperwise.
You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information or to request a copy, subject to necessary redactions. The published terms are available in OpenAI’s Sites DPA at https://openai.com/policies/chatgpt-sites-data-processing-addendum/ and business DPA at https://openai.com/policies/data-processing-addendum/ , Hostinger’s DPA at https://www.hostinger.com/legal/dpa and Microsoft’s DPA at https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/docs/view/Microsoft-Products-and-Services-Data-Protection-Addendum-DPA .
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision or complain to a competent privacy authority. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Contact contact@hyperwise.io with “Privacy” in the subject to make a request or raise a concern. The subject line helps us route your request but is not required to exercise your rights. You do not need to use legal terminology. You may complain to your local supervisory authority in the EEA or to the UK Information Commissioner at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ without first contacting us. Where applicable, an authorised representative may make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available under applicable law. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information; do not send identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate method with you.
Where Mexican privacy law applies, you may exercise access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights (ARCO), seek to limit use or disclosure, and request withdrawal of consent. Include your name, reply contact, what you are requesting and enough information to identify the relevant records. We will arrange necessary verification and respond within applicable legal deadlines.
8. Children, security and changes
This website is intended for business audiences, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security.
We will post changes to this policy here with an updated date. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying that change.
